DayrateAds

Terms of service

Last updated: October 12, 2026

1. Who provides the service

Dayrate Ads is a service of EDXAD LLC, 8 The Green, Suite B, Dover, DE 19901 ("Dayrate Ads"). Contact: contact@dayrateads.com. Dayrate Ads is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or part of Google.

2. What you buy

For each order, Dayrate Ads builds and runs one Google Ads search campaign promoting your business in the area and during the hours you gave, for the number of days you paid for. The order includes a web page for your business, built and hosted by Dayrate Ads, that the ad points to. The purpose of the campaign is to bring customer phone calls to the number you gave.

The campaign runs in a Google Ads account owned and managed by Dayrate Ads. You do not need a Google Ads account and you do not receive access to ours. The Google Ads customer ID used for your campaign is given to you on request.

3. Price, payment and management fee

You choose a price per day and a number of days. The total is charged once, by card, through Stripe, when you place the order. Nothing renews automatically and Google does not bill you.

The price per day includes the advertising cost paid to Google and a management fee charged by Dayrate Ads for building, hosting, running and optimizing the campaign. The report sent at the end of the campaign states the exact amount Google charged for your campaign.

4. Start and length of the campaign

Dayrate Ads prepares the campaign after payment. Google reviews every new ad before showing it, and Dayrate Ads does not control how long that review takes. Your paid days start on the first day the ad is live. A day is a calendar day on which the ad is scheduled to run under the working hours you gave.

5. What you confirm

  • The information you give is accurate, and you are allowed to advertise the business.
  • The business holds every license, registration and insurance the law requires for its activity.
  • Calls to the number you gave are answered by the business during the working hours you gave.
  • Dayrate Ads may use the business name, trade, service area, hours and phone number in the ad and on the page.

6. Activities that cannot be accepted

Dayrate Ads cannot run campaigns for activities that are illegal, that Google Ads policies prohibit, or that Google restricts or asks the business itself to verify (for example locksmiths and garage door services in the United States, and some health, financial, legal, gambling, adult and weapons activities). Dayrate Ads may decline any order. A declined order is refunded in full.

7. Ad wording and page

Dayrate Ads decides the keywords, targeting, bids, ad wording and page content, and may change them during the campaign to improve results. The page remains the property of Dayrate Ads and is taken offline when the campaign ends. Calls go directly to your number. Google may show a forwarding number in order to count calls. Dayrate Ads does not record calls.

8. No guaranteed results

Advertising results depend on how many people search, on competing advertisers and on Google. Dayrate Ads does not guarantee a number of impressions, clicks or calls, a position on Google, or any amount of business.

9. Refunds

  • Order declined, or ad rejected by Google and not fixable: full refund.
  • You cancel before the ad is live: full refund.
  • You stop the campaign while it runs: the days that have not started are refunded. Write to contact@dayrateads.com; the campaign stops within one business day.
  • A day on which the ad was never shown: that day is not counted. It is added to the end of the campaign or refunded, at your choice.

Other than the cases above, days that have run are not refundable. Refunds go to the card used for payment, normally within 10 business days.

10. Report

After the campaign ends, Dayrate Ads emails you a report with the amount Google charged, and the impressions, clicks and calls measured by Google for your campaign.

11. Google's guide for advertisers

Google publishes a guide for businesses that buy Google Ads through a third party: Working with third parties. Please read it before ordering.

12. Liability

The service is provided as described on this site, without other warranties. To the extent the law allows, the total liability of EDXAD LLC for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and EDXAD LLC is not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.

13. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Dayrate Ads may update these terms; the version in force when you place an order applies to that order. Questions: contact@dayrateads.com.
