Dayrate Ads is a service of EDXAD LLC, 8 The Green, Suite B, Dover, DE 19901. This policy covers this website and the business pages Dayrate Ads builds for its customers. Contact: contact@dayrateads.com.

Information collected

From businesses that order: business name, trade, city, advertising radius, working hours and phone number, entered in the order form; email address, billing details and payment information, entered on Stripe's checkout page. Dayrate Ads never sees or stores card numbers.
From visitors of this site and of customer pages: technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages viewed, collected by the hosting provider and, where advertising measurement is active, by Google through cookies or similar technologies.
From people who call a business from an ad or page: Google may route the call through a forwarding number and report that a call took place, with its time and length. Dayrate Ads does not record calls or listen to them.

How it is used

To build, run and report on the campaign that was ordered, including showing the business name, trade, area, hours and phone number in the ad and on the page.
To take payment, send receipts, handle refunds and answer requests.
To measure and improve advertising, and to keep the site secure.
To meet legal and accounting obligations.

Dayrate Ads does not sell personal information.

Who receives it

Stripe, for payment processing.
Google, to run and measure the advertising campaign.
Cloudflare, which hosts this site and the customer pages.
Authorities, when the law requires it.

How long it is kept

Order and payment records are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require. Campaign data is kept for up to 24 months after the campaign ends. Customer pages are taken offline when the campaign ends.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy, a correction or the deletion of your information by writing to contact@dayrateads.com. Some records must be kept where the law requires it. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under your local privacy law; requests are handled the same way for everyone.

Children

This service is for businesses. It is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

This policy may be updated. The date at the top shows the latest version.
